The Opportunity

Reporting to the Facilities Management Team Leader, we are seeking an experienced facilities management professional with a proven track record of excellence. With exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings across a wide variety of industry sectors.


Responsibilities include

  • Managing facilities services for various buildings across Central Otago and Southland
  • Complying with Health & Safety and compliance programmes
  • Tenant relationship management
  • Building and site inspections
  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Contractor management
  • Budget management
  • Tenant fit outs and property projects
  • Administration and reporting as required


Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years commercial facilities or property management experience
  • Supplier and contract management
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Technical knowledge of building systems
  • Commitment to Health & Safety
  • Capex/Opex planning and budgeting
