The Opportunity
Responsibilities include
- Managing facilities services for various buildings across Central Otago and Southland
- Complying with Health & Safety and compliance programmes
- Tenant relationship management
- Building and site inspections
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Contractor management
- Budget management
- Tenant fit outs and property projects
- Administration and reporting as required
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years commercial facilities or property management experience
- Supplier and contract management
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Technical knowledge of building systems
- Commitment to Health & Safety
- Capex/Opex planning and budgeting
