The Opportunity
In this key role, you will be assisting with:
- Financial modelling to assist with new acquisitions
- Treasury policy analysis and execution of vanilla interest rate swaps
- Execution of fixed interest rate hedging
- New commercial loan generation and refinance opportunities
- Commercial loan facility extensions
- Updating and maintaining our debt management system
- General banking and bank account maintenance
- Stakeholder relationship management both internally and externally
Desired Attributes
- Background in banking, legal, mortgage broking or accounting
- Strong administrative experience. Ideally within the finance or legal profession
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take accountability
- Ability to use computer systems to enhance work productivity, with expertise in the use of spreadsheets and databases
